International Employment Services Limited was established in 2003 to make life easier for the growing numbers of internationally based executives and their employers. No longer does human talent expect to work for the same company or remain in the same country, and neither do their employers expect or want them to do so.
Whilst all of this is economically efficient in terms of locating talent where it is most required; the complexities of personal living arrangements, coupled with the intricacies of varying countries’ tax and pensions legislation causes concern, wasted time and often acts as a severe disincentive to recruitment, retention and movement of key personnel.
